Buyer assumes ALL risks & liabilities associated with these products including following local, state, and federal laws.
NO returns after 30 days. No returns on special orders or non stocking items. No cash back returns. Returns can be returned for store credit towards other purchases.
All returns must be in original packaging & in new conditioning.
All manufacturer's warranties must go through the manufacturer.
1.Neither the vendor or the manufacturer can ship you a new product in exchange for a warranted part you still have in your possession. (There is no way to know the reason for malfunction until it is in their possession)
2.The Vendor or Manufacturer will not cover shipping. 3.If it turns out that the product contains a manufacturer defect, it will be exchanged for a new one. If it is something that can be repaired with out altering the quality of the product it will be repaired and sent back to you.
