Payments are due immediately following purchase If you are making multiple purchases, the payments will be due within 5 days of the first purchase. We will then combine the shipping of all the items purchased within the 5 days.
PayPal is the only form of payment accepted.
We ship by Canada Post Expedited Parcel to Canada and to the USA. Insurance is always included up to $100. If your cart value surpasses $100, please wait for an invoice because insurance is a mandatory protection for both buyer and seller.
All Canadian buyers must pay the
5% GST on purchases;
All Quebec buyers must pay the
5% GST plus the 7.5% QST
on all purchases
*Refunds are only accepted if items are grossly misrepresented by the seller.
*If an item arrives damaged, claims must be made directly to Canada Post Corporation, as all shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase price
(not including the shipping cost).
*If an item is lost in the mail, please contact me and I will provide all the necessary shipping information required to make a claim from the Canada Post Corporation.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - Canadian and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
