Cool Peppermint Blue

Topped with Fancy Bow

& Fine Detailing of Looping Tiny Pearls

Small black elastic fits under chin to secure

Made of 100% Polyester

Tags read: Made in England 

This Hat Should Not Be Worn in Rain

Perfect to wear to an afternoon tea, Wedding Reception, Picnic, Church, Kentucky Derby, Country Club or Private High Society Party, for a "Period" Play, or even for the final touches of a costume.

The "shape" (not condition) of this hat is like new.  There are a few signs of age on the top as shown in pictures, a couple of pin type pokes in top nylon layer (from a brooch?) and a little smudge near the back (I leave it to you to remove as I do not want to damage this hard to find vintage hat). It is in very good condition considering its age.
