For your interest, I am a mechanic by trade, with some thirty years experience in Marine, Automotive and Heavy Equipment.  I use test equipment from my supplier with great success, and for a fraction of the price.  The scanner interface I use with my laptop has saved me a huge amount of money fixing errors on both my 1997 Monte Carlo and my 2007 Pontiac Vibe.  I have been able to accurately scan, diagnose and repair both vehicles, and each time, it was a sensor error that was easily corrected.  I literally saved hundreds of dollars, and my interface was one tenth of the price here in America.

TERMS:  RETURNS AND WARRANTY:  If there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from the warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund. We do not pay for return shipping!  Care is taken to carefully describe and display each item or lot to the best of our abilities, and questions regarding the lot or item before the auction's end are welcomed. At the end of the auction, title to the offered lot or item passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof, including the responsibility to pay for the lot or item in a timely manner.

All purchases are to be paid for either by Paypal or by credit card via Paypal immediately after the auction. All purchases will be held until full payment for lot/item, shipping and handling is made.  Any purchases left unpaid after 7 days will be put back on auction and permanent, non-paying negative feedback will be left on the delinquent purchaser's account.

Buyer pays for shipping and handling.  Insurance is included in most forms of shipping and extra may also be purchased. We are NOT responsible for shipping damage. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure the lot or article is adequately insured. 

If we should be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the buyer, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser.

Since all sales are final, please verify our descriptions and carefully view the pictures before you bid. Only in the case of a genuine error in the description will a refund be given.  In the event of an genuine error in the description or listing, your purchase, including shipping and handling,  will be cheerfully refunded if notice is given within 7 days of receipt.
