Once the payment is received, we will ship the items within 1 to 2 business days.
Combining
We are offering a supersized 70% shipping discount for each additional combined action during the 7 days allotted time for combining.
The biggest shipping price applies; from that point on all additional shipping is discounted by a MINIMUM of 70%.
Please do not remit any payments during this period. Once a payment is received we will not combine any further.
If you're done combining before the allotted 7 days are up, please send us a request for the combined total.
Due to the extended time period allowed for combining, we expect payment arrangements to be made within 7 days of receiving the combined total.
Delivery
Canada shipments - via Canada Post Expedited:
Delivery usually takes 10 to 12 business days (30 days maximum).
65 LB (30KG) weight limit, including packing material.
USA shipments - via Canada Post Expedited:
Delivery usually takes 12 to 15 business days (30 days maximum).
65 LB (30KG) weight limit, including packing material.
International shipments - SURFACE - via Canada Post:
Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 weeks (80 days maximum).
20 to 30 KG weight limit (depending on destination), including packing material.
International shipments - AIR - via Canada Post:
Delivery usually takes 10 to 12 days (30 days maximum).
20 to 30 KG weight limit (depending on destination), including packing material.

If shipping to countries with stringent import rules: we're happy to assist in any way possible; however, ultimately the customer is responsible for acquiring the proper documentation to import the wood species into their country.
