Shipping Options:
Light Packet - Shipping costs are $5 flat fee (for the first item) to anywhere in Canada and the United States. This usually takes approximately 10 business days barring unforeseen mail or customs office delays. If you select this shipping option, I will send out your item(s) in a bubble mail envelope with no additional packaging. There is no insurance or tracking number available with this option.
Small Package - USA - Unfortunately this median option is not yet available for shipments within Canada; however, shipments to USA destinations can opt for this shipping mode for just $8 (surface) or $10 (air) for the first item. This option includes coverage against loss or breakage (up to $100 value) but does not include a tracking number. Shipping times are 4-10 business days for small packet - air and 6-12 business days for small packet - surface. If you opt for this shipping method, your item(s) will be shipped in a jewellery gift box similar to the one pictured below...
Xpresspost (Cdn)/ Expedited Parcel (US) - I also offer expedited shipping through for $15. This shipping option includes coverage against loss or breakage, a tracking number to track your item, and also includes packaging in a hard plastic jewellery gift box as pictured below.
If you wish to have your item shipped via a different method from any of these, or if you would prefer a black velvet gift box, please email me for additional charges prior to checkout.
I will have your item shipped within 3 days of cleared payment - usually the same or next day.
Buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs or duty charges - see below.
Combined Shipping:
Charges for your first item are as listed above, depending on which method of shipment you prefer. Additional items are only $2 each, regardless of shipping method. If several different items are chosen, each with different first item shipping costs (for instance, my glass rings or my watches), the item with the most expensive shipping cost will be used as first item, all other items will be $2 each.
Note: Once you have completed checkout, I will assume you are finished shopping with me and will send out your purchase(s). So if you wish to continue shopping with me and save on combined shipping, please let me know. Also, please do not complete checkout until you have received an accurate invoice (with combined shipping rates) and you are finished putting together your order.
Insurance:
Regular Post - Insurance is not included.
Small Package USA - Covered against loss or damage up to the cost of your item or $100, whichever is less.
Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel USA - Covered against loss or damage up to the cost of the item as above. Also provided is a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment until it's arrival.
*All claims of lost or damaged items are to go through Canada Post. It is, after all, their insurance. Please note which shipping methods do not offer this insurance.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
Bidding / Purchasing:

I guarantee all of my items to be brand new and in perfect condition when they are listed on ebay and when they are sent out to my customers; however, I cannot be held responsible for how you choose to treat or care for the fine jewellery items you purchase once they are in your possession. In other words, I do not guarantee my merchandise against future breakage.
Some photos have been enlarged to show the smallest of detail. Colour variations may occur due to different lighting, digital cameras, or computers. If you have concerns or questions about what is described or pictured in my listing, please do not hesitate to ask.
Please note that any MRSP or "Compare at" price quoted in listing in no way reflects worth, suggested retail price or an actual advertised price. Rather, this price comes from my supplier and is based on what they believe to be the maximum prices other jewelers advertise online for similar jewelry items. On the other hand, in many of my items' descriptions I state "typically retails for". In these cases, the "Retail" Price represents either the retail price suggested by the manufacturer or an actual price intended to be representative of similar items sold in your community by department stores. If such a price is quoted in my listing, you will receive the corresponding price tag sent to me by my suppler to show that I did not just "make it up".

Smooth transactions will receive a positive feedback once feedback has been received by the buyer (so that I know the item has been received and thus the transaction is complete).

Please email me prior to return of item so I can be aware of item in transit. You do not have to state the reason of the return, but the reason of the return will help me in improving my business so it would be greatly appreciated. It also gives me the opportunity to resolve any issues that might the alleviate the need to return your item.
Item must be returned in good condition with price tag (if applicable) and any packaging (including a copy of invoice with item #). Damaged, worn, used, resized, altered, or engraved items can not be returned. As noted above, this means if you break it, please do not come to me requesting a discount or refund, or threatening negative feedback unless you get one. I cannot be held responsible for how you choose to treat or care for the fine jewellery items you purchase.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or customs charges applied to item remain the responsibility of the buyer and will not be returned.
As noted earlier, any claims of lost or damaged merchandise in shipping are to be brought against Canada Post. It is, after all, their insurance. Please note which shipping modes include insurance and which do not.
Refunds will be processed via Paypal after examination of returned item.
