accordion old 3 row button box - Germany project/parts

The name on it is (MILANO Organetto made in Germany  )

Very  old squeeze button box [circa 1920] with  buttons made of Mother of Pearl.   It has wooden reeds. a lot are off - waiting to be re-glued.

It has three rows of  melody keys on the right ,  two rows of base keys .  Some are missing.  See pics  There is a 'silent release button.'  There's no strap.

The box is 13"x11.5"x 6.5" approx. 

The bellows look fine.

 I hope someone can mend this button box  or use parts from it. 

There is no case.
