All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after we receive your payment. It will take about 3-5 business days for US domestic states / 3-10 business days for international.
We offer buyer up to 14 days for sending in payment, if buyer does not send in payment before the due date, we have the right to cancel the item and file a Unpaid item notification will be filed.
We recommended professional installation for all items. Installation guide are not included in some items. If item is claimed as not fit, professional proof is required.
We offer 30 days money back, if you are no satisfied with the product, simply contact us. Our customer service will be help you out on the return.
If item is found defective upon arrival, we will help to do an insurance claim only if customer can provide pictures through email to show the defective part. We will provide and pay for the return shipping label if items are defective or damage.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by Return Department
All return items must be in brand new condition & RMA number issue by our company which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging.
If any replacement that is out of stock or back order, our Return Department will issue a refund to the customer.
Since all our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us first so we can help you with the damage claim and the replacement shipping. Our customer representative will guide you step by step for the exchange process.
All international shipment might be charged for Brokerage fee or duty tax. This is not charged by our company, we will not be responsible for these fees.
Fedex and UPS are unable to deliver any packages to International PO Box ( Including Canada), please make sure you provide a physical shipping address at check out.
