It is made from all new soft,  washable fleece in a green and red tartan pattern.    

The dimensions are 15.5 inches long by just over 3 inches wide.  Just pull the laces together and you have a compact, safe way of carrying your Whistle, Fife or Pocket Sax!!   This bag will hold two whistles or Fifes nicely.
