Handling time:
Our items are purchased and stored in different locations around the world. We’ll ship the ones stored outside EU borders in two stages: first to our logistical facility in the UK, and then to you, thus saving you all dealings with customs, taxes etc. This might, however, make for a slightly prolonged handling time of your order.

Dispatch time:
UK buyers: Items will be shipped from our international warehouse to our UK warehouse in Kettering, once arrived your item(s) will be sent to you using first class Royal Mail services or DPD Courier service. Estimated time of delivery is up to 8 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands buyers: Items will be shipped from our international warehouse to our UK warehouse in Kettering, once arrived your item(s) will be sent to you using DPD Courier service. Estimated time of delivery is up to 7 days but can vary according to the local postal services.

US, Canada, Australia buyers: Items will be shipped via EMS, USPS; estimated time of delivery is up to 7 days but can vary according to the local postal services.

All other buyers: Items will be sent using Airmail without a tracking number.  We do not have an estimated time of delivery, it can vary according to the local postal services.

Note to our customers: If you see a discrepancy between the shipping cost on eBay and the shipping cost in our drop-down shipping calculator, the correct shipping cost is the CHEAPER one.

Returns are accepted for a store credit or a money refund (your choice) up to 7 days after the item has been received.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. Unworn, unused). You will need to carefully save all the original tags, packaging and paperwork of the item. Items must be returned to the same address from which they were sent.

In cases when the return is a result of an error made on our part (and only in those cases), we will refund not only the item's price, but also the full shipping costs. Otherwise you may choose between a refund and store credit, which you will receive when the returned item is collected by us, please bear in mind that it takes up to 7 days to process the return.

Your bid is a binding contract. Place your bid only when you are sure about the item in question, and only if you are serious regarding your purchase. We request that customers complete all payments within 3 days from end of auction.
