For this item, free shipping will be offered if the auction price
exceeds $2000 US. Auction winners can specify Overnight shipping for

We prefer to use Fed Ex and UPS for U.S. shipments, although some
smaller items may come to you via US Postal Service or carrier pigeon (rare!)
• For International shipments, we most often use Fed Ex, and will always get you the best rate available.
• Studio Candy is not responsible for shipping company damage.
We sell cool technology gear, but we're not logistics experts. When
your package leaves our warehouse, it will be ready to withstand the
rigors of world travel. In the event of a
shipping mishap (impaled by forklift, tragic water buffalo stampede,
smitten by God, etc.), we will actively work with you and the shipping
company to quickly resolve your damage claim (assuming you've paid for
insurance!?!)

Return Policy:
• NEW PRODUCTS:
Returns on new products are always accepted at Studio Candy, within 45
days of your purchase. Full refunds available in the majority of cases.
• PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS: Pre-owned products are only covered by our return policy in a DOA (dead on arrival) scenario. They are always sold as-is, with no implied or expressed warranties, unless we specify differently in the auction.
• WHAT'S NOT COVERED: Software, digital audio interfaces (with opened software), recording microphones, and some other products do not apply. Short story? If you're wondering, just ask...!

Just to clarify, if a product is returned under the guise that the
included software is sealed, and for some reason is NOT sealed upon
it's return to our warehouse, Studio Candy will charge a 15% restocking
fee, payable from your refund. Reason? We will have to sell this
product as a demo, which you as a customer would want a discount
on...right?
