* The shipping charge is defined as one half of your total shipping and handling charge. (example , you pay $20 for your total shipping and handling, then your shipping charge is $10). We will refund your shipping charge up to $15 if you qualify for a shipping refund. We can not guarantee your order will arrive if the following occur; providing an incorrect street address, not providing a physical street address, your payment did not clear before your last date to order, your local delivery driver or local shipping terminal is unable to deliver due to weather conditions in your local destination area, and insufficient funds. Also, if the delivery driver attempts to deliver the package and no one is home, most of the time he/she will leave the package on the front door, or in the back , but he/she may decide to leave a tag stating attempt delivery instead. In that case, if you must you can go up to the nearest FEDEX terminal and pick up the package yourself later that day or the next day. We can only guarantee an attempt delivery has been made before December 25th, we can not guarantee you will be home at the time of delivery and the driver will leave the package at your location if you are not there. This guarantee is only available to deliveries to the lower 48 US states. The time it states to you according to ground schedule will be your zone. Example if it states "end of 3 business days" to your zip code, then you are located in the orange zone. .

Multiple purchases to save you on shipping. If you would like to combine auctions to save on shipping, the shipping charge will be reduced 50% on all items except the item costing the most to ship. For example, if you win 3 items costing $12 to ship for one item, $10 for the other one, and $8 for the next, your total cost of shipping all 3 items will be $21. A savings of $9!!! . For all other international orders in other countries, the discount on each additional item except the one costing the most to ship will be 25%. Tracking Information will be emailed to you once we have prepared your package. Once your package has been prepared, you can expect your packaged to be picked up by the carrier the same business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking statues to register with the carrier provided. If you did not receive an email, and would like a tracking number please e-mail us.
Shipping carrier will be selected by us based on destination, contents and weight of your package. All domestic shipments in the lower 48 states, and most all Canada orders will ship Fedex Ground. If you are shipping to Alaska, HI, VI, PR, APO address, or any other location not in the lower 48 states, your order will most likely go out USPS (under 6 pounds total order will ship Priority Mail, and orders over 6 pounds will go Parcel Post). Most all International orders that are not to Canada will ship Fedex Express, and all other international orders will ship USPS priority ail. Your item will NOT ship UPS as selected in the ebay shipping indicator. If you do not like your order coming to you Fedex Ground, then by all means do not buy from us and go somewhere else. We will only ship out by our company shipping account.
Local pick ups we currently do not allow local pick ups, unless your total shipping and handling charge is $50 or over. The pick up charge will be 50% of the regular shipping and handling charges it would cost to ship your items. For example, if your total order would cost $100 in shipping and handling fee's, then your pick up charge would be $50. This would give you a total savings of $50. It shows a small size to be 54-55CM, The small helmet that you get might have a label on the back that states it to be slightly bigger at 55-56cm. The label placed on back of the helmet was an error by the production company, and is only going to be off by 1 cm as given in the example. Defective Product. For defective product, a 12 month/1 year (from the purchase date) exchange will be honored. A defective item is defined when the product has a manufacture defect or damaged in shipping, and because of the defect the product can not operate correctly. If the product was abused or mistreated the warranty will not be honored. We have the right to determine if the product was abused or mistreated beyond its intentional use. If the product is defective before the 12 month/1 Year policy, the buyer must pay to have the item shipped back to us. After we receive the item, we will re-send an exchange item. If we do not have the exact item in stock, we have the right to send a similar item in equal or greater value. If we do not have a similar item, we will issue a full refund. Similar item is defined as same model but different color, or same color but similar model style. We will pay to have the item re-shipped to the buyer. This way the buyer/seller split the cost of shipping for the exchanged item 50/50. Shipping on items is non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items. All RMA's must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment. Email us for more information on the RMA form. General Product Return. Exchanges. If you would like to send your item back for an exchange (for a different item than you purchased on the listing), please contact us first to get the approval for the RMA form. You must send the item back to be exchanged in the original sell-able condition. Buyer at buyers expense pays to have the item shipped back to our RMA Department and is also responsible for a re-ship fee. That re-ship fee is 50% of the original shipping and handling cost with a $7 minimum. For example if you purchased a helmet, and wanted to exchange it for a different size, your re ship fee will be $7 (50% of $14 original S&H fee). You have the option of paying that re ship fee by paypal to acedivision@hotmail.com or by sending a payment with your item. If we receive your item back with no funds, your order will be held until payment has been made. You also have the option to schedule an appointment with our warehouse staff to exchange the item yourself in person at our warehouse located in Houston TX, to avoid any shipping charges and re-ship fees.
