Returns:

We offer a customer 14 day for new items and 7 days for used ones return privilege policy.

All NEW ITEMS returns are subject to a 5-15% restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Any insurance costs are non refundable.

All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.

Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the UPS or USPS shipping calculator.

Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.

The items which are stated as BRAND NEW or REMANUFACTURED are assumed in perfect working condition,In the RARE case that an item is DOA ( Dead on Arrival ) please contact us within14 DAYS of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange the item for you. AND WE WILL BE RESPONABLE FOR SHIPPING COST.

Payment
