pretty chicas and street thugs, controlled by a pervasive presence of the police. 

Further to note that with changes in the political and economic atmosphere, collectible Cuban art is becoming increasingly attractive and is destined to become significantly more expensive. This is a very good time to invest in Cuban Art and history.
