REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We work very hard to ensure our item
descriptions are detailed and complete. We list condition, sizes, colors
and measurements when applicable. We also try to list ALL the features of any given
product. We try to make the descriptions very clear and easy to read and
understand. We also include exact photos of every listing for every item
listed. We do our best to describe the exact color, but please be aware
that what a potential buyer calls a certain color and what we, or the
manufactures call a certain color may not be totally the same. For
instance, we will not give refunds because we say something is White you the
buyer thinks it is Cream or we say something is Beige and the buyer thinks it
is Khaki. Many, many colors are very close. When in doubt, please
ask before you buy.
Occasionally a mistake will be made in
inventory, the listing, or the shipping. We will gladly give buyers an
exchange or a full refund on any item that is not accurately described in the EBAY listing regarding size, color, style,
or condition. If a buyer receives an item that does not match the
detailed listing description, please email us and let us know. Refunds
must be returned within 10 days of the original receipt of the item.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after confirmed receipt of the
