This gorgeous creation offers a 5.4 carat Russian formula simulated Ruby master stone surrounded by fully faceted Russian formula diamond simulated accent stones set in .925 sterling silver.  Three additional accent stones are set on either side of the band. 

The Russian formula cubic zirconia is the finest man made stone available today.  It can not be distinguished with the naked eye from a mined stone.
