 Q: Whats the brand
A: Armstrong Elkhart 37 17969. When indicated "sterling silver" we are assuming this is only plated.

 Q: are the pads in good condition? any dents?
A: Just checked it out. Not a very musical person but from what I see the "pads" are in good condition and there appears to be no dents. An item in overall good shape.
