Comes with charger, Audio/Video cables (not shown) and two good batteries (one original and one extra capacity).
The camcorder was used for around 15-20 Sony miniDV tapes (around 30hrsof recording) and shouldn't need cleaning.

Never abused in any way. Lately I shoot mostly low-light indoor sports and my camcorder does quite a bit of 'focus chasing'
(focuses in and out) which frequently ruins parts of my footage.
It does come with a slew of manual focus features that overcome this known problem with Panasonic camcorders, but I have purchased new HiDef camcorder and this one has to go.

3CCD setup produces significantly better colors and over 500 lines of video.
It is very good on battery and ergonomical with jog-dial setup at your thumb position.
2.5 inch LCD can be rotated up 180 degrees so you can watch yourself recording, in example.
