A sample will be emailed to you for approval before mouse pad is made.

In order for the mouse pad to look as great as you would like, you need to ensure the pictures you send me are high resolution shots. If you are using a digital camera, please take the shot in its highest setting, if I need to reduce it to fit, that will work but if it's too low, the picture and mouse pad will suffer. If you are scanning in the pictures, the lowest setting it should be on is 300 DPI. Or you can mail me your pictures and I will mail them back to you.

Shipping and Handling will be $6.50 for regular shipping which could take up to 1 week in Canada and 1-2 weeks for United States. For Express shipping please email me for quote which will depend on your location.

Payment:

Payment should be made within 3 days of auctions end.

As soon as payment goes through, your mouse pad will be worked on and shipped within 3 days.

If you purchased a customized mouse pad I will email you a sample before creating it for approval.
If you require any changes to be made, I will get those done for you and ship your mouse pad upon approval of the final sample.




Shipping:

Once payment has been received please email me with any info I may need to design your mouse pad. Your order will be shipped to you within 3 days after payment with the shipping method of your choice.




Terms of Sale:

Once I receive your approval and send you your mouse pad I will not be able to issue any refunds, unless your product is damaged by us. I will then ask you to send me back the one you have and send you a new one.

I do not refund the shipping costs.
