This looks like the 1970's to me but there is no indication as that.  The postcard us un-used and shows a typical living rom with fireplace. The narrative on the back is "Ocean Cement Limited, the sole distributors of Heatform double walled warm air circulating fireplace units". 

It goes on to give specifies of the fireplace  - Illustrated is a "Ranch Rock surfaced heatform fireplace unit with Grille of San Bernadine solar screen block."

The card itself is somewhat yellowed on the back as you can see,  there is some creates, bent corners, and a small tear.
