EASIEST RETURN POLICY: If the item is not what we stated or we missed a damage, we will refund the full amount including shipping and handling fee to the buyer. However, the buyer has to pay for the return shipping back to us. If the buyer changes his/her mind, we'll take it back and issue the buyer a refund, but the shipping fee won't be refunded, just the auction price. If an item is stated "AS-IS", then we will not offer any form of refund whatsoever. DUE TO BUYERS TOOK PICTURES OF THEIR OWN BROKEN ITEMS. WE WILL ONLY PROCESS THE CLAIM WHEN WE HAVE THE ACTUAL ITEM BACK IN OUR HANDS. VIDEO, PICTURES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF DAMAGE.
