Parcels under one ( 1 ) Kilogram sent surface delivery with NO tracking # available, larger parcels must be sent via expedited parcel USA with postal tracking # provided.  Insurance is automatically included ( at no extra expense ) BUT only covers LOST parcels.  Canada Post DOES NOT provide any coverage for breakage.  I spare nothing in packaging and use proper materials and containers to provide maximum protection for all parcels.  For Canadian winners I use surface delivery ( comes with FREE tracking # )  OR Expresspost depending on size of parcel.  International shipping is usually via surface delivery BUT am willing to comply to customers choices.
