All payments must be received within 7-14 business days. All

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We are unable to mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
We can combine shipping on multiple items ordered at
the same time, please order the items you like and before
payment we will combine the shipping for you. We ship to only confirmed
Paypal addresses and can refuse the right to ship to a non-confirmed
address or any order deemed suspicious.
Local pickup may be arranged for a nominal fee and can be picked up in one of our three drop off locations.
Shipping prices posted are for the continental U.S., for HI, AK, AP,
and FPO. For international shipping quotes please email us, unless marked in the auction we have the right to refuse any shipment to international countries.
POLICIES:
Refunds are given if pre-approved; used items are sold as is and no refund can be given. We will
exchange new items if it is defective or misshipped. Since a lot of the items we sell are used we ask that you carefully consider each item before you bid as untested or used merchandise that has no warranty or is non-returnable.
All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging
and a restocking fee up to 30% may apply.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges or any other unforseen charges.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund
will be given after insurance claim has been settled with the original shipping
company.
All items are shipped from our warehouse within 3-7 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take longer to ship and we will ask for up to 10 business days to ship your item to an international address (please do not buy if you are unable to wait).
After that you should allow for transit times by carrier. Please check your ebay record
and the messages tab for shipping confirmation and tracking number before emailing us. If you cannot find a tracking number in your ebay record for your purchased item from us then please email us your name, address, and item number and we will forward one to you. Failure to provide the included information may delay your tracking number.
Some items are longer ship items due to factory build times or
manufacturing runs. Please note this in auctions before bidding. Most manufacturers are reducing inventory loads so some items may take longer to ship. Again we simply ask that you do not bid or purchase if you are not willing to wait, this applies to new items only all used items are ready to ship and sold as pictured and as is.

parts are great replacements for your stock Jeep parts. While we we try to
keep all items in stock they are ordered in bulk and from time to time can
be on order status. If your item cannot be shipped in the time frame on the
auction we will notify you via email. Again some items take longer to ship and if you cannot accept the time frame you can have a complete refund.
