New instruments on which warranty’s have been lost will be sold as “Pre-Owned” Instruments.

    Pre-owned guitars may be returned for 2 reasons:

  • A) The guitar arrived damaged (DOA), or
  • B), a MAJOR defect was not shown or mentioned. We try to accurately describe the condition and features of all of our instruments but please keep in mind that, on pre-owned guitars, there may be a small ding or nick that will not show up in pictures. Please inform us of any and all issues within 24 hours of receipt. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Items not defective or damaged will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. All refunds are less shipping charges.
