Inuit Soapstone Seal Carving made by Lazarus Malliki from Repulse Bay on the Arctic Circle. The Seal is signed on the bottom with Lazarus name in Slavics as well as the year it was made 2009. Lazarus is a well known artist  particularly for his Drum Dancing figures. The Seal is approx. 11" from head to tail. The body is appox. 4". From flipper to fliper it is 5 1/2". It stands appox. 4 1/2" tall.
