How this service works:
You purchase the service via the "Buy It Now" button. You box up your laptop (INSURE YOU PACK IT WITH AT LEAST 2" OF PACKING MATERIAL ON ALL SIDES), and ship it to us.
Upon completion of payment, I will contact you usually no more than 2-3 hours with instructions as to where to ship your unit to.
Upon arrival, we disassemble the laptop and assess the problem. If the DC jack is found to be the culprit, it is replaced with a NEW JACK. The laptop is then completely cleaned inside and out and reassembled. The Laptop is then tested to verify the repair was a success. The Laptop is shipped back to you A.S.A.P. with $300.00 insurance (AT OUR EXPENSE!!).
There is a 90-day warranty on DC jack repairs.
