The HID systems we provide are convenient and unique in their construction. The ballast and igniter are the best on the market. Our HID kits eliminate any cutting, adjusting, or reposition of any sort on your part. 100% plug and play system. Additionally, there are no modifying procedures necessary to secure the ballast. The sealed packaging of the system is water and dust resistant. Every component included in our HID kits are guaranteed to be authentic and in brand new condition.

What are the shipping method?
All domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service either by regular airmail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on the type or size of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)

International shipment:
transit time does fluctuate (Mostly 3-5 Days) via USPS priority

Canada Customer Please Note:
1. All packages to Canada will be shipped from our warehouse using UPS Worldwide Standard Service. By using this service, buyer will get to save more on shipping fee and also there will be no more hidden fee because we now offer a Flat Rate Brokerage Fee of $5 for any item that is purchased under $200USD. WARRANTY
This item has a Two year warranty period from the date of the purchase. Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • For any non-satisfiction of your purchase, please return the item back to us in 30 days. We willmore than happy to process an exchange or refund the product with less S&H
  • All return items will require the paypal transcation printout, which is the email that paypal sent you after you processed the payment. And always email or call us before sending the package. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.
  • Seller is not responsible for any damaged or lost package during delivery if the item is uninsured.
  • The purchaser has 14 business days to return the item from the date the item was received.
  • All returns will result in a 20% restocking fee, no exclusions! 
  • Return items have to be in new, original condition. (meaning of unpainted, unused, undamaged)
  • Item(s) must be returned first before an exchange or refund.
  • Shipping and handling cost is non-refundable at any time.

Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems before they escalade. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation will not be covered by this warranty.

Seller reserves the right to cancel the bid.
