• This product comes with 1-year warranty.
• Damaged, burned and abused item is not covered under warranty.
• DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory.
• We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by third party software or software upgrading.
• Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.
• The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items.
• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expense.
• If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
