About Mandolin Strings and Tuning the Instrument
Mandolin strings are made of metal and for the first few hours, they
will tend to stretch. It may take a few days for the strings to fully
settle in. No matter the brand name of strings, they are going to
stretch when you first put them on. Because of this, do not expect
any mandolin to hold it's tuning on the first attempt. Good strings
are very important. If you need mandolin tuning instructions, click in the link just below this paragraph. Instructions include mandolin tuning MIDI music file and you will find the chord chart there also. There is no implied warranty on
strings.

In the event that item is received as damaged or defective, buyer must

defect is required for replacement unit, including clear photographs
showing shipping label, shipping box, photo of whole unit, and two
photos from different angles showing specific damage or defective
area. Photos larger than 110K file size will not be accepted, so
please don't send 2 megabyte photos. If you must send 2 megabyte size
photo files, send them by US mail. If an item is sent via US Mail and
item is received in damaged condition, buyer must take the item and
contents to their post office, file a damage claim, and establish
proof of damage. Buyer must provide seller with every reasonable
opportunity to correct the problem with a damaged or defective item
before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Feedback As a seller, it is our goal to make every step of your purchase go
perfectly, from start to finish. When you receive your item and all
is in good order, please leave positive feedback. This will tell us
that everything was as it should be. If you receive a damaged or
defective item, the terms of sale require that you, the buyer agree to
inform the seller of the details and and provide seller with a
reasonable opportunity to correct any problem. Buyers agree to not
post neutral or negative feedback for mishaps or errors caused by the

Payments

Returns You may return the item within 3
business days for any reason. If you have opened and removed
the cellophane packaging of the digital tuner, the item is deemed as
'' used '' and is non-returnable.
You are responsible for return
shipping costs and sending us the tracking number. If the returned
item is damaged during the return shipment, you will need to file a
damage claim from your shipper and recover your funds by that method.
We will not refund an item that has been damaged on return shipment.

paid will normally be shipped the next business day and on the evening
