This is something that came out of an industrial liquidation auction sale.  It is complete and in its orginal GaleMed packaging with the product number 1048 and S/N 8017695 and has not been used.  The package consists of the standard (reusable) MR-100 Adult Resuscitator with an adult # 5  mask type 1515 (reusuable), a 2500 ml reservoir, check valve (reusable), 2 couplings (reusable), a manual and carrying bag.  With the exception of the reservior, it appears the reusable components of this kit can be cleaned in an autoclave.  GaleMed information can be found at http://www.galemed.com. 

Shipping weight is 2 pounds.  (Sorry, there is not much I can do to reduce shipping costs.).  Shipping to the USA by insured surface mail can take anywhere from 3 to 21 days, with average duration being about 12 days.  If this is a concern, I can upgrade shipping for $4, but there is still nothing I can do if the folks at the US border or USPS do not process them item quickly.

Only Canadians will be charged Canadian taxes on items sold within Canada.
