A fine wood carving by a renown Quebec Canada Carver showing a tree stump & limb with a Squirrel seated on it.The wood base at its longest & widest is about 11 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches [about 1 inch thick] with the length of the tree stump & limb being about 7 inches with the top of the squirrel from the base being about 6 inches.You will see that there is a recessed area carved into the top of the base likely to simulate a pond or something - I did note one listed that was vaguely similar & it had a ashtray but if this was the case here it no longer exists but I rather think not because of the curving shape - anyway you will received what is pictured & described.While wood is & remains a living thing subject to extremes of moisture & dryness I really see nothing that distracts from its display value.Please give consideration to a number of similar articles I have listed - thank you.Buyer to pay $20.00 shipping within the United States.
