I bought this beautifully 16" X 14" framed and matted print at an estate sale.  It is called "Passion" and is by Joanne Gervais.  It depicts a Musician deeply involved with his violin.  It was created in 2000 and it is numbered "1/AP/10 (I think it says 10..I can't really tell for sure whether it is a signature or a number)...There is a biography/resume of the artist on the back of the picture.  She has her own website at "www.joannegervais.com"  The frame is in excellent condition...
