Payment

1. PayPal, Credit Cards and Moneybookers are currently accepted payment methods.
2. Bank transfer to Germany bank account
3. All Credit Card payments are done through PayPal (NOT necessary to open a PayPal account).
4. Once the item is shipped, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the buyer through email.

Shipping

1. Every product will be strictly retested before shipping
2. I will ship products anywhere in the world by Standard Air Mail.
3. Handling Time*: 1-2 business day for most of orders. Some orders may take 3 business days.
4. Usually all items always marked as "Gift" and have low declared cost (5-15USD). But any custom duty, import sales tax, VAT, etc. levied on deliveries are the responsibility of customers.
5. The delivery time may vary due to public holidays, countries, locations and Customs checking etc. Usually it take 14 - 21 working days worldwide. But if Customs check, due to strict inspection, it may take 25-31 days for item arriving
6. The delivery information is provided by the carrier/Post Office and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
7. Except I informed for a specified delivery address, the buyer shipping address shown in Ebay will be used.
8. Once the item is shipped, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the buyer through email.
9. Tracking number is available, but usually it show only processing date of dispatching item from Ukraine. For some countries this tracking number valid for local post track systems (in USA, Canada).
10. All items are sealed inside envelope or box for secure transporation.

* The handling time is the number of business days typically takes to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. It does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you.

Returns

2. I will only replace defective items provided that customers report to me within 35 calendar days after the ordered item(s) is/are sent out (according to stamp date by post office).
3. Please inform me via Ebay messages and get my authorization before returning the item.
4. Customers must return the defective item to me by Standard Air Mail before replacement of item can be made. Items should be in original condition.
5. Buyers are responsible for ALL exchange/return shipping and insurance costs.
