Doug Forsythe Lithograph Lobster Fishing Boat Canada

For your consideration is a beautifully executed numbered artist signed lobster fishing boat lithograph titled Jennifer Hope by  listed Canadian artist Douglas Forsythe.  The print is framed between two pieces of glass and has been sealed around the edges with a thin layer of copper? 

Markings: Singed Jennifer Hope, 44/300, Doug Forsythe, the back of the frame also includes information about the print and artist.

Dimensions: 5 ½” in length and 3” in height, framed 10” in length and 8” in height

Condition: Very good condition. There is some yellowing around the inside edge of the print – where the print meets the matte and two areas at the back of the print where the copper foil has come away.  Please refer to our pictures as they are part of our description.

This signed art print by Doug Forsythe would be a fantastic addition to a collection of Canadian art and a wonderful addition to your collection of lobster fishing boats.

PAYMENT The successful buyer will receive an Ebay notification regarding the purchased item.  Buyer is to use Ebay process to request an invoice.  The invoice sent to you will include shipping costs.  Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of auction without exception. If payment is not received within 7 days an unpaid item reminder will be sent. If still not paid within 24 hours of the reminder, a Non Paying bidder will be filed and item will be re-listed.

FEEDBACK Appropriate feedback will be awarded to bidder at the conclusion of the transaction.

SHIPPING
Our shipping rates as are based on the shipping costs to the destination, plus a handling fee of $2.50. You will be notified if an additional packaging fee is necessary for larger or high-end items that require double boxing.  We ship on Fridays unless otherwise specified.

REFUNDS

We do our best to describe and provide detailed pictures of our items so that you are happy with your purchase. We try to list ALL information about an item listed for auction whether it is good or bad. However, it is often not possible to mention every imperfection that occurred during an item’s manufacturing or use. Minute scratches, color variances, straw marks, bubbles, swirls, or smudges are inherent to antique glassware and collectibles.

Returns-for-refund will be accepted under the following circumstances: The buyer sends a notification within 3 days of the item being received that a request for refund is being made. All deliveries will have a tracking number and delivery date will be determined by the delivery date on the confirmation ticket for the item. The buyer and seller have COMMUNICATED by phone and/or e-mail about the request for refund and the reason(s) for the request. You will receive a written confirmation for refund. Items returned without written authorization from us will be refused.  If an AGREEMENT FOR REFUND has been reached, the refund will be issued when the item is returned in the condition it was sent. Please note that all items have an invisible identification mark for tracking. Please do not clean or wash glass or china items because the mark will be inadvertently removed. Authorized returns must be properly packaged and fully insured for the return.  The bidder is responsible for paying S/H/I for non-defective returns. Grossly misrepresented items will be offered a full refund including shipping.  A 15% restocking fee and incurred shipping cost(s) will be charged to the buyer for all non-defective returns.
