We offer shipping to most destinations worldwide via FedEx and USPS. FedEx Ground Shipping is free for most products shipped within the continental United States (does not include Alaska and Hawaii). Any upgraded shipping options or International shipping will be paid by the buyer. Due to size restrictions we are unable to ship X-pipes, Exhaust Systems or Diesel Systems via USPS.



Order Processing:

We process orders Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am and 4pm. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. Orders shipped via USPS take longer to process. Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is cleared for your order to ship. In some cases we do ship items direct from the manufacturer which can cause a slight delay.

Tracking you Package:

We will notify you via email as soon as your order ships. This email will include a  tracking number  (IF AVAILABLE). Please note that USPS does not provide tracking numbers for most shipments. Allow up to 4 business days after receiving shipping notification for tracking number to be available.

Domestic Shipping

Continental United States:

FedEx Ground is our standard method of shipping within the Continental U.S. This option is  FREE for most items and takes approximately 6-10 business days to arrive. FedEx ground  does come with a tracking number.

For those of you in a hurry, we also offer expedited shipping options including US Postal Service Priority and  Express Mail, FedEx 2Day and Express Saver. Prices for these expedited services are quoted at checkout  or when using the shipping calculator. If you are considering an upgraded service or are just unsure about how long your package will take to arrive, please contact us so that we may assist you.

AK / HI / PR

Please use the shipping calculator to determine shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping to these locations are NOT free.

APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately we are unable to ship X-Pipes, Exhaust or Diesel Systems due to size restrictions by USPS. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available.

International Shipping

Our preferred shipping method to international destinations is USPS Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 business days. We also offer FedEx International Economy and USPS Express Mail International. Shipments via USPS Priority Mail International DO NOT include a tracking number and often take longer then expected.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Certain countries may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Greyhound Performance includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. You are responsible for paying any additional Fees at the time of delivery, prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:

All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. All of our products are marked as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We will not lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!).

Payment

Accepted Methods:

Greyhound Performance gladly accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa through a secure online checkout system hosted by ChannelAdvisor. We do not accept personal checks or cash.



Payment Instructions:

Payment must be received within 15 days of item(s) close. If you need more time to complete payment then please let us know. After 15 days we will open an Unpaid Item Dispute to recover our eBay fees.

Pay Now: Click the "Pay Now" button located at the top of this page or click the icon below.



Pay Later: Within two (2) hours of item close you will receive a new order email notification from us. Our email will contain a link to our fast and secure checkout system where you will be able to make payment for your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at support@greyhoundperformance.com 

Order Consolidation/ Reduced Shipping:

If you have completed multiple Buy It Now purchases, you are not required to check-out multiple times. Just wait until all purchases are made and then proceed with check-out on one of the items. Once you are re-directed to our checkout system you will be able to combine all purchases. We offer combined  shipping discounts that are applied during check-out.

Sales Tax:

State law requires that we charge all FL residents a 6.5% sales tax.

Returns

Shipping Errors:

We do our best to ship most orders the day we receive payment. If something happens to your package in transit, please contact us. We will do everything possible to issue you a replacement part if available or a prompt refund. If you need to make a change to your address please notify us as quickly as possible.

Defects:

All sales come with a 90-DAY WARRANTY. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the  item for you. In the event that a replacement is not available or out of stock, a refund (including shipping) will be issued. We will also allow you to choose a different part of equal value if that is what you choose.

Returns:

We will accept any return within 90-Days of purchase. All returns must be unused and in original packaging. We will carefully inspect each item to determine that it is free of any scratches, dents, dings or any other damage. If the return is due to customer error we will NOT refund shipping costs.

Warranty:

All of the products we sell come with a limited or lifetime manufacturers warranty. Should a problem arise with your purchase after the 90-Day warranty period, please contact the manufacturer to determine if your problem falls under their warranty policy. If it is determined that the warranty claim is valid, please contact us so that we may process the claim for you. We are an authorized factory warranty fulfillment center for all of the brands that we represent.

Greyhound Performance is the online division of Greyhound Auto Parts. We are warehouse distributors located in South Florida and have been selling performance exhaust products for over 20 years. Our objective is to supply our customers with quality products at a fair price. Being consumers ourselves, we have focused much of our effort into creating a comfortable buying experience. This includes excellent customer service, fast shipping times and very generous return policies. The products we sell are tried and true; we do not experiment with our customers. The best way to explain how we feel about the products we sell is to quote a sign found on the wall of a Feed & Grain store in rural America. Quality is like oats. If you want nice fresh oats you must pay a fair price.  However, if you can be satisfied with oats that have already been though the horse, they come a lot cheaper.
