DARWIN - c. 1969

We are pleased to present, for your consideration, this superb Austin sculpture figuring Darwin or the origins of humanity. 

This great , expressive monkey is questionning, almost philosophing on the origin of the crane he is holding.... 

This large version of "DARWIN" measures: 14" high x 6 1/4" wide x 6 3/4" deep. It weights: 8 pounds ( 36, 16,17.5 cm,  3.5 kg) 

This superb plaster painted sculpture is in excellent condition.

An interesting, humoristic, piece to take in home.
