Your 30-day Guarantee starts the day your item is delivered to you and ends the day you ship the item back to us. Simply obtaining an RMA number within the 30 days does not ensure a refund – your return shipment must be postmarked by the 30th day in order to be eligible. Returns that do not have the RA Number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.

We recommend you add tracking and insurance to your package when returning it to us. This will allow you to track the progress of your returned item, guarantee that we have received it, and protect you in the case your package gets lost by your shipping carrier. Milo Enterprises Inc. cannot be held responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your package to us.
