Instructions of cancellation:: 
You may cancel your contractual statement within one month in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the object without giving any reason. The term begins with the receipt of the goods by the recipient. Sending the cancellation or the object in due time will be sufficient for observing the cancellation period.

Cancellation consequences:
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received payments must be reimbursed and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be surrendered, if applicable. If you are not able to provide the received payment in total or partly or only in a decreased state, you will have to pay compensation for the value as to this extent, if applicable. This does not apply for the transfer of objects, if the deterioration can be exclusively attributed to its testing � which you would have been able to at the retail shop as an example. Incidentally, you can prevent the obligation of compensation for the value in case of a deterioration caused by the conventional use of the object by not applying the object as your property and by refraining from anything affecting its value. Objects, which can be posted as parcels, are to be returned at our expenses and our risk. You must pay the costs of return consignment, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the returned object does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, in the case of a higher price of the object, if you have not yet provided any service in return or made any partial payments as provided in the contract at the time of cancellation. In any other case the return will be free of cost for you. Please do not send the goods freight collect, since such parcels will not be accepted. Objects, which cannot be sent as a parcel, will be picked up at your premises. Obligations to refund payments must be accomplished within 30 days. For you, the term will begin with the sending of your notice of cancellation or the object, for us, with their receipt.
