COMPLETE YAKIMA RACK Q TOWERS 48/58 INCH BARS LOCKS

This is a complete Yakima Roof Rack with a nice set of lightly used Q Towers. There are 4 locks/2 keys installed. Included is your choice of a pair of very lightly used 48 inch or 58 inch loadbars. Also included is the REQUIRED but elusive metric allen wrench that rarely travels with a used rack. To complete, all that remains is a set of 4 Q Clips and pads which are specific to your individual vehicle.

Every time I list Q Towers on Ebay, I always get requests for the model number. On one hand, it’s a legitimate question because there are sellers out there who call everything a Q tower including the obsolete SST tower which you don’t want. And if you did want them, you can get them for next to nothing. I threw out a whole box of them last year. On the other hand, Yakima just recently improved the Q tower and when you go their web site, of course the model number 0124 that you see is the new one. These Q towers that I am selling and the vast majority of Q towers on eBay are model 0105. They are completely compatible. They use the same lock system, same crossbars, same Q clips. The main difference is the internal mechanism that grabs the crossbar.

This set is used but only shows minor wear.

I have a small collection of used Q clips and pads. If I have clips that you can use, I’ll include them at no charge.
