1. We are happy to accept orders from Europe, North American, Australasia, and other countries, certain country restrictions may apply.
2. Parcel will be shipped to you by Registered Airmail that generally takes 7-14 business days (weekend is not included) to deliver on your hands.
3. Please allow up to 48 hours preparation for shipping, although usually item send within 24 hours after payment confirmed.
4. We offer shipment combine to buyer whom ordered more than one items once time from same site, to save a part of postage.
5. We will not be responsible for item loss because of wrong or undeliverable address.

Payment

1. We might ask buyer to test the item in order to eliminate improper use, buyer has responsibility to cooperate and follow the test correctly.
2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.
3. Customer's response of cost of return shipping, while LD will cover all expense of send out replacement.
4. Any returning must enquire us first, to send back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
5. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
6. LinkDelight does not has responsibility to response on item lost during returning.

Order Cancellation or Delay payment
