Beautiful Vintage Giulietti Accordion in Original Case

Vintage Giulietti Accordion

The accordion is very beautiful, black with lots of rhinestone decoration (we see just a few rhinestones missing.)  It is marked "Giulietti New York."  I don't see a model number.  The keyboard is 18 inches wide and has 24 white keys, 17 black keys.  The rows of buttons consist of six rows of 20.  When the accordion is closed, it measures 18 3/4 inches by 15 1/2 inches by 7 1/4 inches.  We don't play the accordion, but have tried it out and don't find any keys that are not working.  It has a great sound!  We do see that the leather straps that hold it shut on the sides are broken and will most likely need to be replaced.  The case has some wear along the bottom to the red lining - the outer clasps are in good working order - it looks like there was tape put along the edges of the case - but overall the case is sound and very usable.
