Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. To keep our customers informed we send a shipping confirmation and tracking number when applicable.

Returns

Hardware Products

We provide customers with a 5 day DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty on all hardware products. The DOA covers damages resulting from improper shipping & handling, as well as factory defects, and entitles its customers to an even exchange. The customer must contact us to let us know that a product is being returned. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us. We will exchange it free of charge and pay the shipping cost for sending the item back to the customer. 

Software Products

Due to the framework of sample libraries and music software, we are unable to refund any opened products. If you believe you have received a faulty software product contact us for a replacement.
