Felts provide a nice cushion for your cymbals to sit upon, help absorb shock and provide protection from the cymbal stand wing nut. Cymbal savers protect your cymbals from rubbing and wearing against the threaded post as well as absorb shock and prevent unwanted overtones from your cymbals. Replace your old worn out or missing felts and savers or keep back up felts in your cymbal or stick bags in case you need them. If you've spend a lot of money on cymbals, then you should protect them! Felt Measurements (standard size) 1-1/2" width 1/2" thick 3/8" hole These felts fit all cymbal stands  Cymbal Saver Measurements 5/16" (8mm) hole 1" (2.5cm) height 1/16" (2mm) thick These savers fit most stands.
