Important Notice & Problem Solving

Ø  Please plug(screw) the earphone deep into the mp3, or water goes in and ruin the mp3;

Ø  Only waterproof level 7, not for diving or any use in deeper water (1m);

Ø  Please allow fully charging of 15 hours and discharging for the first three charging;

Ø  If it can not be recognized by your pc, please make sure the cabel is fully inserted into the mp3, (usually you will hear a click sound) do make sure you can not push the cable in anymore. This is usually the way to solve the problem.

Warranty & Return Policy

      15 days return or exchange policy; 1 year limited factory warranty only for the mp3; after telling us about the return, buyers should pay for the shipping fees to return the item to the  manufacture's address.
