Digitizing is how you turn artwork into stitches. Digitizers are artists who know exactly what stitch type goes where, to make sure the embroidery looks as realistic as possible. Digitizing is FREE for logos up to 11,000 stitches.

Stitch Counts

That is the amount of stitches it takes to create your logo in the thread format.  Embroidery of a logo up to 11,000 stitches is FREE! Most logos are between 5,000 and 10,000 stitches.  For a free estimate, email or call us. 

Your Logo

After we see your logo, we can determine the stitch count.  If you'd like, we will work with you to keep the stitch count to 11,000.  There is a charge if the logo surpasses 11,000 stitches-a special auction will be set up for you.  Please email your logo to Nessie1010@aol.com

• What if I need more?  We will set up a special auction for you in our ebay store with combined shipping
• How big will the embroidery be?  The standard embroidery field is 4x4 inches-which is included in the BIN price for logos of up to 11,000 stitches.  For larger embroidery fields, such as the back of jackets or shirts, additional charges apply.  Our largest embroidery field is 11x7. Call us or send your logo for a quote. A special auction will be set up for you.
• Can my logo be embroidered in more than one place?  For embroidery in a 2nd location, (such backs of caps and sleeves), the charge is $5.00 extra per item.  A special auction will be set up for you.
• What if I don't have a logo?  We will help you create a logo.
• My logo is more than one color: Your logo can be many different colors at no extra charge.
• Where do I send my logo?  Send it to Nessie1010@aol.com , preferably in a jpg format.  You can also fax it or send us a link where your logo can be found.
• When will it ship? Your items will leave our facility in 7 to 10 business days.  For rush orders, the fee is $30 for returning customers, $45 for new customers.  It will be shipped out within 5 business days.  A special auction will be set up for you.  If something is out of stock, you will be notified asap.
• How will my logo look?  A proof of your logo will be emailed to you in 4 to 5 business days.  We cannot send you a proof before payment.
•  I've purchased, now what?  If paying via paypal, please indicate in the "notes" section of the garment colors and sizes.
• What is your return policy?  Returns are not permitted after logo is approved.  (2800)
